Web-based SSH client

So what I would like to do is use a hyperlink in Atlas to run commands via SSH and show the results in another tab in Chrome or I.E or even a text file.

I have looked at several different programs, but all of the ones I've looked at just open a ssh connection in the web browser.  You then have to manually type in the commands.

Any ideas?
