yes, it is possible. You can start by using default application template monitor 'Windows Server 2003-2012 Services and Counters'. You can apply it by following steps on the Orion website:
Settings -> SAM Settings -> Manage Application Monitor Templates -> Select 'Windows Server 2003-2012 Services and Counters' -> click on 'Assign to Node' button -> assign this template to selected nodes
You can add other component monitors such as performance counter monitors or windows service monitors to this template by:
Settings -> SAM Settings -> Manage Application Monitor Templates -> Select 'Windows Server 2003-2012 Services and Counters' -> click on 'Edit' button -> Add a new component via 'Add Component Monitors' button -> save the application template monitor
